Voor de beginner die op zoek is naar een akoestische gitaar zijn er door de bank genomen 2 mogelijkheden, nl. de klassieke gitaar en de westerngitaar. De klassieke gitaar heeft nylon snaren voor een ronde, warme klank en een bredere hals dan de westerngitaar. De westerngitaar heeft met zijn stalen snaren en doorgaans grotere body een luidere klank en wordt o.a. veel gebruikt in de pop, country- en rockmuziek.

Deze Nashville valt onder de westerngitaren en is een ideaal instrument voor de beginner of hobbyist die niet meteen teveel geld uit wil geven aan een instrument, maar toch op zoek is naar wat extra's.
